For specific service arrangements (such as dedicated inspection-only engagements), we'll be fully transparent about applicable fees before any work begins.

MOQ varies by product type and factory. For many consumer products and packaging, orders can start from as low as 50–200 units. For electronics and custom manufactured goods, MOQ is typically 100–500 units. Small MOQ is our specialty — we actively negotiate lower minimums on your behalf, and often achieve MOQs below what factories advertise publicly. Absolutely — and we strongly recommend it. Sampling is Step 4 in our standard 7-step process and is included as a matter of course for all new products. We facilitate sample requests with the factory, coordinate shipping to you, and help you evaluate the sample against your specifications. Sample costs are typically paid by the buyer but are often credited against the final production order balance.
